The software and IT services FDI sector created the most jobs in the Americas in the first quarter of 2017, adding 6745 roles.
In second place was automotive components, creating 5390, followed by the automotive original equipment manufacturer sector with 4191.
Business services saw 4183 jobs created, while textiles added 3455 jobs in Q1.
